1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Each user is only allowed to hold one account. Holding multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being terminated.
• A mege888 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred to or shared with any third party.

3. Account Registration and Management

When registering a mege888 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account.

• The full name, email address, mobile number and date of birth provided during registration must be true and valid.
• Identity verification through official documents such as a MyKad or passport may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

• Any fraud, provision of false information or attempt to deceive the system will result in account termination and legal action where necessary.
• mege888 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify a user's identity at any time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mege888 platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100. Requests below this limit will not be processed.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes once verification is complete.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the mege888 account holder.
• mege888 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal requests for the purpose of security checks or identity verification.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

mege888 offers various bonuses and promotions subject to the following conditions. Claiming a bonus is considered agreement to all related terms.

• The mege888 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → total wagering required RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• Each user is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• mege888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any abuse of bonuses, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the bonus being voided and the account being terminated.

The mege888 VIP programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering progressively higher weekly cashback. Players move up tiers based on their gameplay activity over time.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

• The user is found to be involved in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or system abuse.
• The user fails to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated period.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may submit a request to mege888 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedures.
